We confirm the order
Your card carries an authorization hold while a Kwibal team member confirms availability and final order details. If the order cannot proceed, the hold is released.

We pick up and deliver
After confirmation and payment capture, Kwibal coordinates the local pickup and brings the item to the delivery address on your order.

The practical details

When is my card charged?: Checkout first places an authorization hold. Kwibal captures the payment only after the order is confirmed. Your bank may temporarily reduce your available balance while the hold is active.
What if the item is unavailable?: The order is declined and the authorization is released. You can follow each status from your account.
How do offers work?: Choose a price below the listing price and review Kwibal's success estimate before checkout. The same authorization and confirmation process applies to an offer.
How local is local?: Kwibal keeps discovery inside the active local service area. Delivery eligibility and pricing are confirmed for the order shown at checkout.
Can I cancel?: You can withdraw an unresolved order from its order page before it is finalized. Kwibal then releases the authorization hold.
What if something is wrong after delivery?: Report a missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed order from its order page within 48 hours of recorded delivery. You can follow the review and respond to updates in the same place.
Do I need an account to browse?: No. You can browse nearby items and the Free Pile without signing in. An account is required when you place an order.
