You can explore the first page of nearby finds, categories, and the Free Pile without an account. A signed-out browser can also preview one keyword-search journey. Sign in to see more, start another keyword search, save your finds, or place an order.

Checkout first places an authorization hold. Kwibal charges your card only after the order is confirmed. Your bank may temporarily reduce your available balance while the hold is active.

The order is declined and the authorization is released. You can follow each status from your account.

Paid-item prices include base delivery and the Kwibal fee. Mileage-based delivery and payment processing are confirmed for your address before you authorize. In the Free Pile, the item is free; delivery and service fees are separate. Review your complete total at checkout.

Choose an item amount below the asking price and review Kwibal’s success estimate and complete price before checkout. If the seller comes back at a higher amount, Kwibal starts releasing your original hold before you can review and approve the complete new total.

Kwibal keeps discovery inside the active local service area. Choose a city, ZIP, or your current location to explore. Your shopping area is separate from your delivery address; delivery eligibility and pricing are confirmed for your address before checkout.

You can withdraw an unresolved order from its order page before it is finalized. Kwibal then releases the authorization hold.

Report a missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed order from its order page within 48 hours of recorded delivery. You can follow the review and respond to updates in the same place. Reporting an issue starts a review; it does not automatically approve a refund.

Open the order from your account and use its Buyer Care section. You can ask a question, read replies, or reopen a conversation at any stage, including after delivery. General order help is available separately from the 48-hour item-issue reporting window.

Your account brings together your orders, saved finds, saved searches, and recently viewed items. Sign in with the same account you used when saving or ordering.

Manage your saved delivery address in your account. Checkout verifies pricing for that address before you order. Updating your account address does not change an existing order; use that order’s Buyer Care section if you need help.
